Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

The estimated delivery time of your package is based on the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched. This will depend on various factors, with your location being the most significant. Please see the estimated delivery times for your country of residence below:

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates outside of our control. For international shipments, customs delays may also affect the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping details you provide are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in delays or cancellation of your order. If there are any address issues detected by our system, our customer support team will email you to verify your shipping details within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with lost or stolen packages. Once we hand over the package to our courier partners, we have limited control over its delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@verllus.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim, as they often have specific processes for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information from you. We will also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.
Please note that VERLLUS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found or delivered.
In some cases, the courier company may locate the package and complete delivery. If the package cannot be found, we recommend filing a police report.
